Thank you for shopping with Melt Into Me Fragrance! We take care in preparing and packaging your fragrances so they arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70.00 or more

Shipping charges and eligibility for free shipping are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Our estimated shipping transit time is 5–8 business days after the order has shipped.

Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Because our perfumes contain alcohol, qualifying orders are shipped using approved domestic ground transportation, generally USPS Ground Advantage.

We do not currently offer expedited air shipping or international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information through the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We carefully package our fragrances to help prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, if available.

If your package is missing or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

We will review shipping issues and provide appropriate assistance or remedies in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
